  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    At the moment we are unable to offer expedited shipping due to higher shipping fees. We want to make luxury affordable for all our customers.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! we do ship anywhere in the world.
  • I don't have Paypal, How do I pay?
    Worry not girl! We only use Paypal as a payment aggregator so you don't need a Paypal account for payment. Simply select 'Try another way' on the Paypal payment screen and use any debit/credit card to make a payment. That's it! really!. But if you still face any problems write to us and we will send you a payment link. If you are based in Thailand you can choose to pay via Bank Transfers.
  • How much is the international shipping?
    We use India Post for domestic and international shipping and the fee is charged based on current rates as per the service provider. ​ Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • Return Policy
    We are sure you'd never want to return your Kaarigari items. All items are gone through a manual quality check process and only leave our studio if they pass. If in a case due to any reason you receive tempered/torn or broken items please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your product. We will do our best to help you return the item or refund the amount (whichever is applicable). ​ - All gift card sales are final and non-returnable. - All items are carefully handcrafted and slight variation in colour or weave is not considered a defect but the uniqueness of the product.
