Worry not girl! We only use Paypal as a payment aggregator so you don't need a Paypal account for payment. Simply select 'Try another way' on the Paypal payment screen and use any debit/credit card to make a payment. That's it! really!. But if you still face any problems write to us and we will send you a payment link. If you are based in Thailand you can choose to pay via Bank Transfers.

We use India Post for domestic and international shipping and the fee is charged based on current rates as per the service provider. ​ Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

We are sure you'd never want to return your Kaarigari items. All items are gone through a manual quality check process and only leave our studio if they pass. If in a case due to any reason you receive tempered/torn or broken items please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your product.
